We all know that every athlete has a set of goals which drives them to just do better each day. For the rare few, that goal is to reach the very top. For Argentina’s 32 year-old Javier Julio, his personal goal was to some day become the WORLD OVERALL WATERSKI CHAMPION. Having been so close for so long, to see him actually reach his target a few months ago was a very moving occasion for all his many World Cup fans.
